Thursday 16th March
Wet and cold this morning, so we sat around enjoying watching the birds in the garden, doing some school work and taking Jake for a short local walk. Once the rain cleared at lunchtime we drove the 1/2 hour to Kendal to get in supplies for the week as that is the nearest big supermarket.
While the rain held off we had a walk around Kendal Castle.
